Privacy & data

We record page views and WhatsApp link clicks, their time, product category and advertising parameters supplied in the page URL (ttclid, utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_content, campaign_id, ad_id and creative_id). These help us understand which links bring enquiries. Our application does not save your IP address or WhatsApp messages. Cloudflare hosts this site and may process connection information to deliver and protect it.

Your advertising choice

With your consent, we load the TikTok Pixel on the collection page. It shares page visits and WhatsApp button clicks with TikTok for advertising measurement and attribution. TikTok may process your IP address, browser and device information, page URL, advertising identifiers, cookies and event information. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or message contents through advanced matching.

Rejecting advertising tracking leaves the collection and WhatsApp links available. We store only your advertising choice and the time you made it in browser storage for up to 180 days. Use Privacy choices on this page or in the site footer to change it. Withdrawal stops future Pixel loading and reloads the page to stop the loaded SDK; it does not undo data already sent to TikTok. Browser blockers or connection failures may prevent delivery even after consent.

WhatsApp enquiries

Clicking a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp with an editable product enquiry. A link click does not mean a message has been sent or an order placed. WhatsApp processes information under its own policies. The custom TikTok event WhatsAppClick measures only the outbound button click.
